Hello again!
I have just received information from a highly reliable source that a representative of the Human Rights' Commission of Paraguay has found Perfecto Irala at the prison of Coronel Oviedo where he is being held for illegally occupying land.
While this is not very good news, at least we know where Perfecto Irala is.
