I'll have loads more Iona photos, once I get round to sorting them all out -- I must have at least a hundred photos of huge rollers crashing into the cliffs on the island's west coast. That shot of the deep turquoise inky sea proved extremely elusive; the video function on my camera is not very good, most of the pictures are very fuzzy indeed.
But I digress. I wanted to share a superb surprise with you all out there, especially my friends in freezing Switzerland:
I photographed this glorious specimen less than five minutes' walk from my house. Made me feel as though I lived in Ticino!
