Hello again
Coming back from a bicycle ride out to Ganavan and a ways up the new cycle path to Dunbeg, we saw people standing by the War Memorial/Beacon between Oban and Dunollie Castle. They were gesturing and looking out into Oban Bay. We soon saw what they did: a pod of Dolphins cavorting in the waters stirred up by a ferry going out to the islands.
These photos aren't brilliant, but if you click on them you should be able to see the odd fin poking out. In all, there were at least twenty animals in there. At one point, it looked like they had formed a perfect circle and were all diving into the centre at exactly the same moment. Like synchronised swimmers.
