With apologies to the author, whose name I cannot decipher, I simply must add another cartoon on the subject of Blocher being ousted from the Swiss government. It's really rather aggressive, but I suppose that's what political caricature is all about.
It may be of interest that the Blocher dynasty's Ems-Chemie AG is located in Domat/Ems, i.e. in the Grisons. It is the region's biggest employer by far. When Blocher was elected Feder Councillor four years ago, he sold his slim majority of shares to his four children. His eldest daughter is Vice-President.
The coat of arms in the cartoon is that of the canton of Grisons.
I don't remember anytime when so many people were so happy with the outcome of a political decision in this country. Let's hope those who are ranting and raving will simmer down and come to see that they need to embrace a more respectful style to be successful.

You went overboard over the Blocher dumping – and quite right too! It takes a hell of a lot to get me glued to the TV before 8 a.m. but I certainly did this time. There is no one, but no one, who makes me fume like the Bloch(er)head.

I know, I know. Am I sorry? I think not.
Especially not after watching Roland Huber’s TV drs documentary with Blocher’s brother. Here’s the link to a site on youtube where you can watch it still. Impressive, frightening. Am I glad our parliamentarians got that creep off the cabinet!
