Flipper Slippers or High-tide Heels?

Hello again,

Because the world is more than a vale of woe, here's something that's been catching everyone's fancy. High-tide Heels is the official name of these snazzy numbers, Flipper Slippers is another name being pushed -- personally, I'd opt for a mix: Flipper Heels. You decide!
These "shoes" are being touted all over the blog world but no-one seems to know where they originated or who created them. I received the photo from a friend -- a day late because the worst of the rain seems to be over, at least in Bern, at least for now. The sun is actually out as I speak and temperature up from winter temperatures: a not too unpleasant +20°C or so... Here's hoping for warmer weather, especially as the school holidays started last weekend and kids (and perhaps their parents even more so) would LOVE to go out to play and swim.
If anyone can resolve this little mystery for me, much thanks for leaving your comment. :) 'cos I'd love to give credit to the artist!
